3D spinal orthosis

The new version of the 3D spinal orthosis (or scoliosis brace) corrects scoliosis in all 3 planes of space, while respecting the physiological curves of the profile. Its aim is to preserve respiratory capacity and thoracic mobility.

Calendered silicone elements with a pre-impregnated carbon exoskeleton make the 3D corset very discreet.

The carbon structure, deformable in all three planes, preserves and allows flexion, extension and rotation of the spine, offering freedom of movement and proprioceptive effect.

Silicone untwist hands enable correction to be directed without crushing the ribcage, while maintaining breathing capacity.

The effects of the corset can be reinforced by positioning and tensioning the silicone.

It is advisable to wear a t-shirt with no seams on the sides. This t-shirt will protect the user’s skin from any irritation caused by the brace rubbing against the body.

Scoliosis can continue to develop until the individual stops growing. Wearing the brace and attending regular check-ups by physicians working alongside orthotists are essential for a successful treatment.
