Handisport meeting day

Last Friday, PROTEOR Besançon organized a handisport day at the Besançon orthopedic center!

During the day, amputee patients were given the opportunity to hear from their peers, find out about adapted sports in the region, try out running blades, take part in a quiz and exchange ideas.

For most, the racing blade trials were a great first since their amputation!

Thanks to the Doubs departmental handisport committee for their presence and for leading a workshop combining experience and sharing.

The day ended with a little snack, where exchanges, emotions and good humor were the order of the day!
